happy birthday, theodore louie!

our sweet theo louie just couldn’t wait to meet us, so we celebrated his birthday a few weeks early yesterday. our darling boy was born at 3:06 in the afternoon after one and a half pushes, weighing a little over six and a half pounds and at nineteen inches long. being a preemie, his wee lungs are in need of some extra support, so he is in the nicu for a bit. but there’s a rumor out there that we might get to snuggle him later and we are certainly smitten with that idea! it goes without saying, we are in love with every little dark brown curl on that perfectly round head, and every single strand of peach fuzz on his itty bitty body. we love him to pieces and couldn’t be happier.
